Update (6pm): Fireworks still on! The forecast shows the rain easing and stopping altogether by 8pm so we’ll continue with the fireworks tonight. There will also be some shelter at the church entrance if it does remain a little drizzly early on. Check back closer to 7:30pm for any changes.

This Friday night we are having a church fireworks night at St James. So come along and enjoy a nice social evening with other church families over supper and a with a fireworks display. This is an open invitation for anyone who would like to come along.

Come join us from ~7:30pm this Friday 9th November at St James (outside). Fireworks will start when it starts to get a bit darker (but not too late).

If you can, please bring along something to share for supper. We’ll be outside so dress to keep warm. You can also bring along your favourite outdoor chair with drink cooler and seat warmer if you’d prefer some extra comfort over our more modest church chairs.

Mark and Joy van der Sar are generously providing the fireworks so no need to bring anything else, although, you are welcome to bring some if you’d like (or if you just really want to show off your new supernova skyrockets directly imported from China. Just maybe keep it out of sight of Kris… or Drew… or Andrew :p).

Be sure to checkĀ back hereĀ on the day for any cancellation details.

If you have any questions contact Jeremy Adams or Mark and Joy van der Sar.
